Africans in American are exercising their right to return to their home land (Africa), but there seems to be an issue with NGOs and the USHRN to support this movement. As Africans in America we are being usurped by foreigners in the Human Rights fight for justice and equality and such organization as the USHRN will not support our cause. No NGO is addressing or supporting the petition to the UN Commission on Human rights petition for the Right of Return, but rather issues on immigration, disability and LBGT rights. Only the ACLU has addressed the ordeal of Africans in American and no NGOs have considered our cause. If your organization is true to supporting Article 12 of ICCPR, then addressing the repatriation and restitution of Africans in America is the ultimate project.
