In my &lt;a href="http://www.homelandstupidity.us/2008/06/22/aamva-to-build-real-id-verification-hub/" rel="nofollow"&gt;current analysis&lt;/a&gt;, I note that the database isn't nearly as private as DHS would lead you to believe, and even if it were, the government can just change the rules whenever it wants.</description>
